I am hearing that from everyone!
“I’m so tired…I don’t have any energy…I don’t know what’s wrong with me…”
When I keep hearing it from many, I know something is up!!
Then I was discussing it with my trainer, and he said,
“Yeah. Millennials are always tired.”
I wasn’t speaking only about Millennials, but there was yet another affirmation of “being tired”.
So I asked. It wasn’t the right question. The correct question was: How can I experience more energy and vitality? Here are the answers:
1) Know you ARE energy. Again, it is something you ARE. A state of Being. Not something “you have”.
2) You can’t be in that Being of Energy as long as you are trying to get rid of something or control things. First, that puts your focus on what you don’t want, which will never allow you to shift it, and it exhausts you with the efforts.
Second, if you don’t let your story go (i.e. he did this to me, that happened to me, it isn’t fair, etc.), you are fighting yourself and preventing yourself from your creative freedom which opens up more energy.
So ask yourself:
1) Do I claim “I Am energy” or “I Am tired”? Your words are usually your intention and direction of energy and
2) What do I need to let go of/forgive/rewrite to open up the flow and get on with creating … Me. Then claim the positive. Turn that belief around!
It really is time to just accept happy, accept abundance, accept success, accept wellness.
State it, think it, Be it.
Blessings, Dee
“It’s so important to realize that every time you get upset, it drains your emotional energy. Loosing your cool makes you tired. Getting angry a lot messes with your health.”
