I have a very close friend who is terminally ill with cancer. I had the honor of spending some time with her last week and she wanted me to tell her everything I knew about the other side. It would give her peace, she said, to know what to expect. I want to share with you the points the channel highlighted:
1) No one leaves on a soul level without choice.
2) As in embodiment, what you “expect” colors your experience of “crossing over.” In other words, “As you believe, it is delivered unto you,” still applies.
3) You don’t take your stories, or your challenges, with you. You are free.
And then I was urged to tell the story my late husband, Christopher, shared with me about when he had his brain aneurysm before I met him. He was in surgery, and his soul left his body and traveled up to the corner of the room where there was a “bright light.” He knew it was the other side opening to him. And he said he never felt so much peace and calm and love in his life.
“I’ll never, ever be afraid of dying,” he told me. “It’s the most beautiful feeling I have ever experienced.”
He was about ready to cross over when he had the thought that maybe there was more to do here and BAM, he was back in his body. He made a miraculous recovery, and lived to find me and create our beautiful daughter together.
She smiled. That “knowing” gave her a lot of peace.
And finally, the channel wants you to choose to not sabotage your life by waiting to die. Live fully. Celebrate joyfully. Love freely. We just go on from here!
