EXHAUSTION

It happened before I even knew it. And I teach Conscious Creation.

I have been extremely busy this last month: traveling and shooting and interviewing with lots of travel. People would say to me, “My God, Dee, you must be exhausted!” and “How do you do all this at YOUR age?” And yep, before I knew it, I was allowing THEIR beliefs to be MY beliefs, and I began expressing them in my energy.

It made me feel like I was a hero for doing what I wanted to do! For doing what was making me happy. For living my full life.

Once I became aware of what was happening—that I was accepting someone else’s belief patterns—I had to smile.

This is what social media does to us.

This is what commercials do to us.

This is what our own beliefs systems do to us.

AND WE ALLOW IT IF WE ARE UNCONSCIOUS.

Today, CHOOSE how you feel. CHOOSE the thoughts and perspectives that empower you and your life. CHOOSE what you want.
