Many times in our lives, abandonment becomes partnered with Love. It is, often, an unconscious connection. Some examples are a father leaving for work and “taking his love away,” a parent or loved one suffering an extended illness which renders them unable to “be there and love” their child, and even the loss of a beloved pet that we have bonded with deeply.
Here is the channel’s guidance in how we, as adults, can heal abandonment:
1) Always, always choose to be there for yourself and love yourself (often, we play out the memory of abandonment with ourselves, thinking we are less worthy because we were “left.”
2) Start directing, and defining yourself, as someone who is loved by others and always taken care of. Rewrite the old story.
3) Know that you CHOOSE to be wanted, honored and cherished in this life. And then begin by giving that to yourself.
4) Allow your heart to direct you to self-love, so others may receive that frequency and send it back to you!
The truth is, you are never alone or abandoned by the energy you are. Create a belief system that supports that!
