OK…What does that really mean?

1) To honor who you are, what you’ve been through. and what you have conquered

2) To take care of yourself with compassion

3) To serve yourself in the highest way possible

4) To put yourself first…not out of ego, but out of love

This opens up a line of loving communication that pours from your being out into the world and touches all other energy that returns it in kind. As my daughter says so simply and eloquently in her books…”I had to love me before someone else could love me.”

Loving Myself means I never have to feel guilty for doing what is best for me

…for speaking my truth

…for living my passions

…for taking time for me

…for not agreeing when I really don’t

Loving Myself means trusting the people I love to love me even when I need to say no or disagree with them or choose to go another way. I trust my self-love has created a circle of love with others that can never be broken. No matter what. That is my clear Knowing and direction.

I Am Love.

Blessings,
