I was honored to be a part of my friend Tammy Mastroberte’s new launch on health. It was a master class, and I received the greatest gift!
As I was explaining about how our childhood created many of our belief systems, I seg-wayed into a story of how I blew out my adrenals in Cujo. I heard the channel yell into my head, “No you didn’t.”
I stopped cold. Huh?
In actuality, it went back to 3 years old with my dad. In truth, I had been “in fight or flight” since then. Our adrenals kick in and over-tax themselves when we are in fight or flight (fear of our safety). My adrenals have been overworking themselves ever since.
This applies to many of us. And, can lead to physical and emotional anxiety, tremors, nervous disorders, fatigue and overwhelm.
The core belief it corresponds to is #20: When I value myself, I have to abandon myself, or everyone else has to abandon me.
We value ourselves by standing up for ourselves WHILE we abandon ourselves by using fear to keep ourselves safe. And when we believe that, we create others who abandon us.
This realization has changed my life. I share it with you in case it will change yours!
Blessings,
DEE
